The 'from' price, shown against each mask is for single-vision lenses within the Standard Prescription ( SP ) range.
For High Prescription ( HP ) lenses add £15.00 per lens and for Bi-focal lenses add £40.00 per mask.
NB. April 2011 - We have been advised that the blue version of this mask is in short supply, with no further stocks until autumn.
