DiveSight - The only web site specializing solely in prescription dive masks and corrective swim goggles

About pricing and delivery

As DiveSight has been set-up to provide a specialised, professional service, our first aim is to ensure that the solution we provide to your vision problems is effective. However, we also want it to be cost-effective and have endeavoured to keep our prices as low as possible. Glazing with higher prescriptions presents certain difficulties and, as a result, will always cost more than glazing with lower correction.

To make it as easy as possible for you to calculate the cost of your mask, we have grouped prescription ranges into two bands… Standard Prescription ( SP ) and Higher Prescription ( HP ). As the name suggests,  Standard Prescription range covers approximately 80% of spectacle wearers, so there is a good chance that your prescription will fall within this range. If not, it will probably be covered by the High Prescription range. Owing to the increased complexity of manufacture, lenses within the HP range carry an additional charge of £15 each.

The degree of correction covered by each range is shown below. This may look a bit technical but don't worry, you simply need to check your prescription against these ranges and select the appropriate 'tick box' on the product order page and DiveSight will automatically show the total in your shopping basket.

SP)    Standard Prescriptions - up to +/- 6.00 sph. Opp. Cyl. to 2.0    HP)   Higher Prescriptions - up to +/- 10.00 sph. Opp. Cyl. to 4.00

For prescriptions outside these ranges, please call us for assessment and quotation.

The 'from' price, shown against each mask is for single-vision lenses within the Standard Prescription ( SP ) range. For High Prescription ( HP ) lenses add £15.00 per lens and for Bi-focal lenses add £30.00 per mask.

CR39

For masks which can be glazed with CR39 ( plastic ) lenses, the prescription range is restricted to
+/- 3.00 sph. Opp. Cyl. to 2.00.
